Exchanges/Refunds

We understand that sometimes things don’t sit quite right.
If something feels off, we’re here to meet you in between.

All exchange or refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.

How to Request

To initiate a request, please share:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for exchange or refund

All requests are subject to review and approval before proceeding.

Condition of Items

Items must be returned:

  • In their original condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • With all original packaging intact

We reserve the right to decline any request if the item does not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for eligible items once approved.
  • All exchanges are subject to item availability.
  • Exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only processed once the item has been received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Return shipping fees for refunds are the responsibility of the customer.
